Attorneys in Charge

Do you represent employers and/or employees?

We represent both employers and employees, ensuring there is no conflict of interest before proceeding.

I want to file a complaint with the Commission des normes, de l'équité, de la santé et de la sécurité du travail (hereinafter CNESST). How can you assist me?

The CNESST does not provide legal advice or support for drafting complaints. Additionally, in some cases, sending a formal demand may be more appropriate, as well as having representation during a mediation session. Finally, the CNESST may reject one or more of your complaints, requiring a written challenge within thirty (30) days.

Therefore, depending on your needs, we can:

Provide legal advice
Issue a formal demand
Negotiate with your employer or former employer
Challenge a decision
Represent you during mediation/conciliation sessions

I only wish to receive advice while dealing with difficulties with my employer. Is it possible to get advice as needed?

How Can I Pay You?

We accept Interac transfers, cash, or cheque payments. Invoices are payable upon receipt.
